FAQ's

SHIPMENT POLICY:

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. If there is a delay with your shipment we will reach out to you by email with an expected shipment date. We ship by USPS and Fedex only at this time. We cannot ship on customer's accounts at this time.

When your order does ship you will receive an email with all of your tracking information.

RETURN POLICY:

All wholesale sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

CLAIMS NOTICE:

If you happen to receive an item and there is a problem with it, please let us know and we will happily help you. We only accept claims within 3 days of delivery.
