FAQ's

SHIPMENT POLICY:

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If there is a delay with your shipment we will reach out to you by email with additional information. Please note: we cannot ship on customer's accounts at this time.

When your order ships you will receive an email with all of your tracking information.

SHIPPING CARRIERS: We use USPS and UPS. We choose the carrier at our discretion to save you the most money. Shipping is calculated by order weight/box size/location and we do not inflate shipping costs. We cannot ship on customer accounts at this time.

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery for assistance.

CLAIMS NOTICE:

If you happen to receive an item and there is a problem with it, please let us know and we will happily help you. We only accept claims within 5 days of delivery.
